aFe Momentum Pro Dry S Stage 2 Intake 51-76301 – BMW M5 (F10)

OVERVIEW

aFe Power's Momentum Stage 2 Si sealed intake system is built for the S63 twin-turbo 4.4L V8 in the F10 M5 and its M6 siblings. On aFe's dyno the system produced up to 28 horsepower and 31 lbs. x ft. of torque, and it outflows the factory intake by 29%.

The kit uses twin black roto-molded sealed airboxes that keep warm engine air out of the intake tract while cleaning up the look of the engine bay. Each housing uses aFe's patent-pending filter-to-housing interface, which allows the largest practical filter to be fitted while keeping installation simple. Air is drawn from the factory air inlet plus a secondary auxiliary air port.

This version is supplied with dual 6-1/2" tall conical Pro DRY S filters. The three-layer progressive synthetic media requires no oil and cleans with soap and water for maximum convenience. CAD-designed intake tubes are engineered to release all available horsepower while fitting precisely, and reinforced silicone couplings join the tubes for strength and durability. The kit comes complete with all necessary hardware.
