Speed Logic Charge Pipe Kit w/ Stock DV – BMW 135i / 1M / 335i (N54)

OVERVIEW

This Speed Logic aluminum chargepipe for the N54 is machined to accept the factory OEM BMW diverter valves, so you can reuse your original DVs and replace the failure-prone plastic OEM chargepipe for the least money - it will also take aftermarket valves such as Forge DVs or the Turbosmart Dual Port Kompact if you want the extra sound. The stock plastic pipe is known to fail at 15 psi and above, including on tuned cars. Ours is 3.0" T6-6061 aluminum with CNC billet flanges designed and optimized for flow, TIG hand welded and backpurged with argon, finished in stealth wrinkle black, with two plugged 1/8" NPT bungs for methanol, a Hobbs switch or sensors. All required hardware to replace the factory pipe is included, and custom powder coating is available at additional cost.

Additional Parts Required

• Diverter valves are not supplied with the pipe. Reuse your factory OEM BMW diverter valves, or fit aftermarket valves - Speed Logic stocks the Turbosmart Kompact Plumb Back Kit for BMW. Forge diverter valves also fit this pipe.
• All other hardware needed to replace the factory chargepipe - coupler, T-bolt clamps and TMAP sensor bolts - is supplied in the box.
• Optional: a tune to take advantage of the added flow - MHD Super License for N54 Engine or the JB4 Tuner for N54 BMW.

Installation

• No installation document is published for this kit. It is a direct replacement for the factory plastic chargepipe using the supplied coupler and clamps, and our team is available to help if you have questions during the fit.
