Active Autowerke AFlow Catted Downpipe – BMW B58 F & G Chassis (Up to 2024)

OVERVIEW

The Active Autowerke AFlow catted downpipe replaces the restrictive factory downpipe on 2024-and-older single-turbo B58 BMWs with a 4.5 inch stainless steel unit built around Active Autowerke's in-house AFlow high-flow catalyst. The high-flow cat clears the factory restriction while keeping the check-engine light off, then the pipe tapers to 3.5 inches through a flex joint before meeting the OEM 80mm connection.

It is TIG-welded from 304 stainless steel, rated for applications up to 800 hp and to withstand up to 1500°F. No performance tune is needed.

• Warranty: 5 yr / 50,000 mi on the shell and tube ends; 2 yr / 25,000 mi on the catalytic core; original purchaser only; void if the car has excessive (louder-than-stock) burble

Notes

• Please note: These catalytic converters are not legal for use on vehicles registered in the state of California as a result of California Vehicle Code Sections 27156 and 38391.
• Note: Federal law prohibits the tampering of an emissions control device. Mobile Source Enforcement Memorandum 1A allows for aftermarket parts to be used in the repair or replacement of emissions control systems, provided the emissions aren't adversely affected. The catalytic converter will produce emissions that meet the standards set by the EPA, not CARB.
• Fits 2024-and-older single-turbo B58 (F-chassis and G-chassis), US models only.
