Active Autowerke Test Pipes – BMW M3 (E90 / E92)

OVERVIEW

The Active Autowerke Test Pipe is an affordable route to bolt-on horsepower on the E90 and E92 M3, with gains coming from the free-flowing design and from replacing the restrictive factory primary catalytic converters. Made of 100% brushed stainless steel, the pipes bolt straight to the factory exhaust headers and seal against a new set of exhaust gasket rings included in the kit, while a Z-style expansion slot at the rear of each pipe works with the supplied European-designed TORCA style clamps to hold a tight exhaust gas seal. An additional support brace is provided, just like the factory arrangement, to relieve load and stress once installed, with the fit and finish expected of Active Autowerke.
