Active Autowerke Signature X-Pipe – BMW M3 (E9x)

OVERVIEW

Active Autowerke's Signature Track Pipe with X-Pipe and connecting pipes is the anticipated center-section upgrade for the BMW E9X M3, engineered to work with most aftermarket exhaust systems and mufflers without cutting, welding or modification — a true bolt-on that most installers can handle. Active Autowerke improved on the factory X-pipe design through a scavenging effect that yields high horsepower gains, measured on their Mustang chassis dyno at 12+ RWHP alongside the Signature exhaust system and as much as 10+ RWHP with the BMW stock exhaust, with a dramatic weight saving of 25 lbs against the factory system's 40 lbs.

Additional Parts Required

Installation

• This system eliminates the secondary catalytic converters and the primary catalytic converters, so it is designed for off-road use only.
