OVERVIEW
The aFe POWER MACH Force-Xp down-pipe-back exhaust system replaces everything behind the down-pipe on the F10 535i with a hand-built 304 stainless steel assembly. In aFe's testing the system produced +9 horsepower and +7 lbs. x ft. of torque on the N55 engine.
The system is constructed from 2.50" mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel, 100% hand TIG-welded with a brushed finish. It begins with a 3.50" inlet at the down-pipe and merges into dual 2.50" tubing, which improves performance across the power band while maintaining a strong tone. Countless hours of R&D went into achieving the right decibel level without compromising performance, and dual free-flowing mufflers keep the note aggressive without drone.
Finishing the system are two adjustable rolled, double-wall, angle-cut 3.5" OD 304 stainless steel tips that can be moved forward or rearward to suit your preference. The exhaust uses all factory hanger locations and requires no modifications. All aFe exhaust systems are engineered and manufactured at aFe's Corona, California facility.

Required Extras
- None. aFe Power specifies no additional hardware for this part — the factory down-pipe and all factory hanger locations are reused and every clamp is supplied.
- Installer supplies: standard metric hand tools, penetrating oil, and a lift or jack and jack stands.
- Optional service items: stainless-safe metal polish for the tips.
