aFe Mach Force XP Axle-Back / Cat-Back Exhaust – BMW 335i / 435i (F30 / F32)

OVERVIEW

The aFe MACH Force-Xp exhaust system for the BMW N55 is offered here in both axle-back and cat-back form. Both configurations are built from 3" into 2-1/2" mandrel-bent, brushed 304 stainless steel tubing and are 100% hand TIG-welded by certified craftsmen for corrosion resistance, strength and freedom from cracking.

Exhaust flows through a high-flow transverse muffler finished in high-temperature black powder coat, and the system incorporates a factory-style exhaust valve that runs off the factory exhaust valve motor (not included) and the factory performance modes. With the valve closed the exhaust is routed through the muffler for a smooth, tuned note; with the valve open the exhaust bypasses the muffler to release the full sound and performance potential of the N55. aFe rates the cat-back system at up to +12 horsepower and +10 lbs. x ft. of torque.

The system is finished with dual 4" diameter 304 stainless steel tips carrying a laser-etched aFe POWER logo. High-quality band clamps provide a full 360-degree sealing surface, and all factory hanger locations are retained for a hassle-free installation.
