aFe Mach Force XP Cat-Back Exhaust – BMW 335i / 435i (F30 / F32)

OVERVIEW

The aFe POWER MACH Force-Xp cat-back exhaust system was developed for the N55-powered F30 335i and F32/F33 435i. In aFe's in-house dyno testing the system produced a maximum gain of +4 horsepower and +5 lbs. x ft. of torque. Tube diameters and lengths were engineered to maximize performance across the power band while maintaining a strong tone with an aggressive note on shifts.

Construction is 100% hand TIG-welded, mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel with a uniform brushed finish that resists corrosion. The system uses 3" tubing that merges into 2-1/2" tubing for maximum flow, and smooth-transition mandrel bends keep turbulence low. A true mitered merge collector eliminates the dead space that formed collectors tend to create, which would otherwise cause turbulence and hinder flow.

Dual free-flowing transverse mufflers absorb high-pitch tones to produce a powerful sound while unleashing all available horsepower and torque. The system finishes with dual aFe laser-etched 3.5" polished 304 stainless steel tips, and high-quality band clamps provide a complete 360-degree sealing surface. All factory hanger and mounting locations are used for a stable, hassle-free installation.

Additional Parts Required

• None. aFe Power specifies no additional hardware for this part — all clamps are supplied and the factory hangers are reused.
• Installer supplies: standard metric hand tools, penetrating oil, and a lift or jack and jack stands.
• Optional service items: stainless-safe metal polish for the polished tips.
