aFe Momentum GT Pro 5R Cold Air Intake 54-76312 – BMW 230i / 330i / 430i (B48)

OVERVIEW

The aFe Power Momentum GT cold air intake is a fully sealed induction system for the B46/B48-powered BMW 230i, 330i and 430i. A one-piece roto-molded housing with an auxiliary air scoop replaces the factory airbox and ensures the coolest possible intake charge, while an aluminium heat-shield panel protects the housing from turbocharger heat. aFe measures 350 CFM at 7" H₂O — up to 24% more than the factory intake — for gains of up to +13 horsepower and +12 lbs. x ft. of torque.

This version uses the pre-oiled Pro 5R filter, an 8" tall, 360-degree radial-flow element with five layers of progressively finer mesh cotton gauze. aFe’s patent-pending filter-to-housing interface allows the largest possible filter for the available air volume while simplifying assembly.

A built-in sight window lets you inspect the filter without disassembly. Premium stainless-steel clamps and a silicone bellow coupling are supplied, and the kit is a direct bolt-on requiring no cutting or drilling of factory parts.
