OVERVIEW

The AST 5100 Comp Series is a competition-focused monotube, single-adjustable (rebound) height-adjustable coilover for the BMW 335i (F30) and M235i (F22, N55), in a rebuildable AST platform.

TECH RESOURCES

Additional Parts Required

• Four-wheel alignment — mandatory. Camber, caster and toe change with ride height; book a full alignment (and corner-balance for track use) immediately after installation.
• Cars with optional Adaptive M suspension: the factory adaptive damper connections must be electronically cancelled to prevent damper fault warnings.

Notes

• RWD only — xDrive cars use a different AST kit.
• Count the bolts on each front strut tower before ordering. This kit is for 5-bolt towers; cars with 3-bolt towers need AST's "/3D" version — confirm fitment with Speed Logic before ordering.
