AWE Tuning Touring Axle-Back Exhaust – BMW M240i / M235i (F22)

OVERVIEW

AWE Tuning's Touring Edition axle-back for the F22 2 Series covers both the N55 M235i and the B58 M240i. It is a non-baffled, straight-through design that uses AWE's 180 Technology to cancel interior drone while adding a fuller tone, finished with dual double-walled tips in two sizes and two finishes.

On the M235i it installs on its own; on the M240i, AWE requires the matching performance mid pipe to be run with it. Select the tip size and finish at the variant level.

TECH RESOURCES

Additional Parts Required

• M240i (B58): AWE Performance Mid Pipe for F22 M240i (3015-11034) is required. AWE states M240i models require the mid pipe and axle-back together.
• M235i (N55): no additional parts required. Installation cuts the factory mid pipe; saw or tubing cutter, deburring tool and torque wrench, installer-supplied.
• Professional installation on a lift is recommended.

Notes

• Tip size and finish are selected at the variant level. Fitment per AWE and ECS Tuning: F22 coupe only, RWD and xDrive; not the F23 convertible.
