AWE Tuning Cat-Back Exhaust – BMW M340i / M440i (G20 / G22, B58)

OVERVIEW

AWE Tuning's exhaust suite for the G20 M340i and G22 M440i (B58) lets you pick the volume and the tips. The Track Edition is the loudest and lightest, about 11 lb under stock. The Touring Edition uses AWE's patented 180 Technology to cancel interior drone and is offered resonated (quietest) or non-resonated. Keep your OE tip outlets or step up to AWE's quad 4" tips in Chrome Silver or Diamond Black.

Every version is a straight-through, direct bolt-on system with no cutting, and AWE conversion kits make it easy to change editions later. Select the edition and tip option at the variant level.

• 3" CNC mandrel-bent, .065" wall U.S.-made T304L stainless steel
• Track (loudest), Touring Non-Resonated, or Touring Resonated (180 Technology drone cancellation)
• 65% more flow than stock; up to 16 hp and 12 lb-ft at the wheels on stock software
• OE tip outlets or quad 4" (102mm) double-walled slash-cut tips in Chrome Silver or Diamond Black
• Mid pipe inlet adapter fits stock downpipes and aftermarket downpipes with 80mm outlets
• Direct bolt-on, no cutting; no tune required
• Valve motor simulator included

• OEM downpipe adapter, stamped inlet and two mid tubes
• Axle tubes and rear sections for the selected edition
• OE tip outlets, or quad-tip outlets with four 102mm tips, tip clamps and 7/64" Allen key
• Band clamps, bolts and locknuts, 3/8" clamp kit, rear badge
• Valve motor simulator with dowel pin and zip ties

Additional Parts Required

• None. AWE specifies no additional parts and no tune; the valve motor simulator is included.

• Edition and tip option are selected at the variant level.
• AWE: not approved to fit Gran Coupe (G26) models. The G21 Touring and G23 convertible are not listed by AWE or ECS Tuning.
