Bilstein EVO Coilover Kit – BMW 330i / M340i / 430i / M440i (G20 / G22)

OVERVIEW

Bilstein's EVO coilover line for the G-chassis 3- and 4-Series (330i, 330e, M340i, 430i, M440i) spans street to track. The EVO S is the entry height-adjustable kit; the EVO SE adds electronic damping control through the factory systems; the EVO T1 and T2 add manual damping adjustment; and the EVO R is a full race coilover. Kits are offered for RWD and xDrive.

TECH RESOURCES

Additional Parts Required

• Match the kit to your drivetrain (RWD vs xDrive). Cars with factory adaptive (electronic) damping should use the EVO SE; contact Speed Logic before fitting a passive kit to an adaptive-damping car.
• Recommended tool: Bilstein Spanner Wrench Set E4-XS1-Z001A00 for ride-height adjustment.
• A four-wheel alignment is required after installation; corner-balancing is recommended for track use.

• 330i and M340i: covered by every kit; year coverage varies by kit (e.g. EVO S M340i 2020–2022, EVO SE 330i 2019–2021).
• 430i: covered by every kit; EVO T1 RWD and EVO T2 list 2021 only.
• M440i (RWD): covered only by EVO S RWD, EVO T1 RWD and EVO R. Not covered by EVO SE, EVO T2 or the xDrive EVO S / T1 kits.
• 330e: covered only by the EVO SE kits (2021–2022) and the EVO R.
• Configuration (model + drivetrain) is selected at the variant level.
