Black Market Race B58 Turbo Manifold

OVERVIEW

The BMR B58 Turbo Manifold is a DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintered) twin-scroll manifold engineered specifically for the Gen 2 (6-port) B58 platform. Because it isn't built around the bend radius limits of schedule-40 tubing, Black Market Race was able to use extensive CFD testing to design the runner geometry purely around volumetric efficiency, pulse interference, and wastegate priority.

Black Market Race tested tubular manifolds during development and found this DMLS design outperformed every tubular option they tried, making it their flagship manifold for B58-based turbo builds.

• 1x BMR B58 Turbo Manifold (DMLS twin-scroll, T4 divided flange, WG45 wastegate flange pre-welded)
• 4x M10x1.5 studs and 4x nuts for the outer mounting holes
• If "With Hardware Installation Kit: Yes" is selected: 1x genuine BMW exhaust manifold gasket and 7x genuine BMW copper flange nuts

TECH RESOURCES

• Required – Turbosmart WG45 wastegate for the pre-welded flange (not included). Not currently carried by Speed Logic — contact Speed Logic to source one with your order.
• Required – compatible Turbosmart turbocharger (6466–8280 range, depending on chassis; not included). Not currently carried by Speed Logic — contact Speed Logic to source one.
• Required if "With Hardware Installation Kit: No" is selected: an exhaust manifold gasket and copper flange nuts. Selecting "Yes" includes genuine BMW parts.
• Installation: no install PDF or official video is published for this manifold. Installation follows standard B58 turbo manifold replacement procedure; professional installation is recommended.
• Fits Gen 2 (6-port) B58 engines only — not compatible with Gen 1 B58 (F-chassis) applications.
• Price is for the manifold (and optional hardware kit, if selected) only; turbocharger, wastegate, tuning, and labor are not included.
