Burger Motorsports Aluminum Replacement Charge Pipe – BMW 135i / 1M / 335i (E82 / E88 / E9x, N54)

OVERVIEW

The factory plastic charge pipe on the N54 is a well-known failure point once boost is raised, and a cracked pipe means lost boost and a car stuck in limp mode. Burger Motorsports replaces it with a fully aluminum pipe that holds up to tuned boost levels and is backed by a lifetime warranty.

This version is built for cars running the factory diverter valves. It bolts in using OEM-style mounting points, keeps the emissions fittings in place, and can be returned to stock at any time. Two 1/8" NPT ports are machined in for adding a boost gauge, methanol/water injection or other sensors.

Charge pipe gaskets and clips are not included; transfer them from the factory charge pipe.
