Burger Motorsports Billet Intake – BMW 530i / 540i (G30) & 640i GT (G32)

OVERVIEW

The Burger Motorsports Billet Intake is a plug-and-play upgrade for the 2017–2023 G30 BMW 530i, 530e and 540i and the G32 640i Gran Turismo. Burger Motorsports rates it at up to 8 wheel horsepower on the B58, along with sharper throttle response, quicker turbo spool and much louder induction sound.

The MAF housing and brackets are CNC machined from billet aluminum and anodized black for strength and a clean look. The OEM cold air intake tube, insulating base and heat shield all remain fully functional. A renewable BMS high-flow inverted cone filter replaces the factory element. Installation takes only minutes and is fully reversible.

Additional Parts Required

• None. The intake reuses the OEM cold air duct, insulating base and heat shield.
