Burger Motorsports BMS Elite Aluminum Charge Pipe – BMW M140i, M240i, 340i, 440i, 540i, 640i GT, X3 M40i, X4 M40i (F & G Chassis, B58 Gen 1)

OVERVIEW

The BMS Elite charge pipe swaps out the factory plastic charge pipe on first-generation B58 BMWs for a one-piece aluminum unit. The OEM pipe is a known weak point once boost is raised with a tune, and this replacement is built to hold up to higher pressure without cracking or popping off.

It bolts in with OEM-style hardware, keeps the factory emissions fittings in place, and can be fully returned to stock. Two 1/8" NPT bungs are machined in for a boost gauge or methanol injection, and plugs are supplied if you don't need them. Burger Motorsports designs and builds the pipe in the USA and backs it with a lifetime warranty.
