OVERVIEW

This kit pairs Burger Motorsports' Elite aluminum charge pipe for Gen 2 (B58TU) engines with a Turbosmart Raceport blow-off valve. It replaces the factory plastic charge pipe (OEM BMW 13718651066) with a stronger two-piece aluminum design and adds an external BOV flange so excess pressure is vented when you lift off the throttle.

Venting that pressure cuts down on compressor surge, helps reliability as boost climbs, and gives the car a clearly audible blow-off sound. The turbo flange seals with a double O-ring rated past 40 psi, three 1/8" NPT bungs are provided for gauges or methanol, and the setup works with the factory tune, JB4 or a flash tune. It is made in the USA and fully reversible.
