Burger Motorsports BMS Oil Catch Can – BMW M135i / 235i / 335i / 435i (F20, F21, F22, F30, F31, F32, F33, F36, N55)

OVERVIEW

The F-chassis version of the BMS catch can is made for N55-powered 1, 2, 3 and 4 Series models. It captures the oil mist that the PCV system feeds back into the turbo inlet, keeping the intercooler, charge pipes and direct-injected intake valves cleaner and reducing oil exposure for the VANOS-equipped N55, while leaving the factory closed-loop PCV system intact.

Like the rest of the BMS line it is CNC machined from aluminum, uses a triple-baffle separator and 16mm+ inlet and outlet ports, and needs no routine service beyond draining. Model-specific brackets are supplied – choose the 235i coupe, 235i convertible, or 335i/435i option – and Burger quotes about 20 minutes for installation with the included hardware. Collected oil drains through a plug so it can be disposed of with used engine oil.
