Burger Motorsports BMS Oil Catch Can – BMW M2 Competition / M3 / M4 (F87 / F80 / F82 / F83, S55)

OVERVIEW

The BMS oil catch can for the S55 twin-turbo engine traps the oil mist, fuel and moisture carried through the crankcase ventilation system before it can reach the turbos and intake tract. Over time that vapor bakes onto intake valves and coats the charge path, so stopping it at the source helps keep the engine clean and makes tuned power more consistent.

The can is machined from a solid aluminum billet with no welded seams and finished in black anodizing. A triple-baffle core separates contaminants, oversized 16 mm+ fittings avoid restricting flow, and the factory closed-loop PCV layout is retained. Install runs roughly 20 minutes, is fully reversible, and servicing is a matter of draining the base every few months.
