Burger Motorsports BMS Oil Catch Can – BMW M5/M6 (F10/F12/F13/F06, S63TU)

OVERVIEW

The twin-turbo S63TU V8 moves a lot of crankcase vapor, and the oil it carries ends up in the intake tract, intercoolers and on the intake valves of the F10 M5 and F06/F12/F13 M6. This BMS catch can setup sits in the PCV circuit and pulls that oil out of the airflow so it collects in the cans instead of fouling your intake system.

The cans are fully CNC-machined from aluminum with a double-baffle separator and 16 mm+ fittings that outflow the stock PCV plumbing, all while keeping the factory closed-loop system. Expect about 20 minutes to install, fully reversible, with draining every 3–6 months via the removable base or 1/8" NPT plug. An aftermarket intake is required, and the Dinan S63TU intake is not compatible.
