OVERVIEW

The BMS Replacement Intercooler is a direct swap for the factory front mount intercooler on N20, N26 and N55 powered F chassis BMWs. Its stepped core is substantially larger than stock, giving charge air more surface area to shed heat and helping intake temperatures stay consistent under load.

Expect around 10whp at peak, with the bigger difference – as much as 20–30whp over the factory cooler – showing up on long pulls and repeated runs where the OEM unit heat soaks. Installation uses the factory mounting locations and is fully reversible.
