Burger Motorsports Dual BMS Oil Catch Can Kit (Boost & Vacuum) – BMW 135i / 1M / 335i / 535i (E82, E88, E9x, E60, E61, N54)

OVERVIEW

This dual kit covers both halves of the N54's crankcase ventilation path. The boost-side can handles the oil vapor that is pulled into the turbo inlets under load, while the vacuum-side can deals with the vapor routed into the intake manifold at idle and light throttle. Running both keeps oil out of the intake tract, intercooler and charge pipes in every driving condition and helps slow carbon buildup on the direct-injected intake valves.

Both cans are CNC machined from solid aluminum with no welds, anodized black, and use a non-clogging, no-service baffle design with 16mm+ ports that exceed factory PCV sizing. The vacuum-side kit adds a high-performance check valve at the vacuum source, quick-connect fittings, 3/8" hose and a BOV adapter that provides an extra 1/8" NPT vacuum port, with the vacuum can mounting on the strut brace beside the boost can. Installation takes roughly 20 minutes per Burger, drains are emptied every 3–6 months, and the kit is made in the USA with a lifetime guarantee.
