CSF Charge-Air Coolers – BMW X5M / X6M / XM #8315

OVERVIEW

CSF's high-performance charge-air-coolers for the F95 X5M, F96 X6M and G09 XM use a custom liquid-to-air intercooler core developed with CFD analysis and testing, giving roughly twice the core volume of each OEM charge air cooler.

The one-piece seamless air inlet end tanks have the charge pipes integrated into them, and the outlet end tanks carry built-in E85 and methanol injection ports. CSF used 3D scanning and rapid prototyping to guarantee precise fitment and maximum surface area, so the set drops in with OEM-style quick-connect water connections and sensor ports and no modifications. Intake air temperatures come down significantly as a result.

• None. CSF Radiators specifies no additional hardware for this part — it is a drop-in fit that reuses the factory quick-connect water lines and sensors.
