Eventuri Black Carbon Intake – BMW M5 (E60) / M6 (E63/E64)

OVERVIEW

The S85 Eventuri system uses Eventuri's patent-pending carbon fiber housing to provide an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the MAF tube. This is not another cone filter under a heat shield — it is a housing shaped to invoke the Venturi effect, accelerating the air while keeping the flow laminar.

The E60 / E63 M5 and M6 system was designed to improve the whole driving experience. By applying aerodynamic principles and using computational fluid dynamics to optimize the airflow path, Eventuri engineered a system that sharpens throttle response, adds torque and power, improves drivability and unlocks the V10 induction sound.
