OVERVIEW

Evolution Racewerks Competition Series Catless Downpipes for the S68 twin-turbo V8 in the 2023+ BMW 760i xDrive (G70), 2023+ X7 M60i (G07 LCI), 2024+ X5 M60i and X6 M60i (G05/G06 LCI), 2024+ X5 M and X6 M Competition (F95/F96 LCI) and 2023+ XM (G09). The S68 uses two primary and two secondary catalytic converters, four in total, and their dense honeycomb cores are among the largest restrictions in the exhaust. This complete set replaces both the primary and secondary sections, so exhaust flow is unrestricted: peak horsepower climbs, torque arrives sooner and harder, and throttle response and turbo spool sharpen.

Built in-house in the USA from 100% 304 stainless steel with mandrel-bent 3" tubing and 100% TIG welds. The 3.5" turbine-housing V-band flange is CNC machined from billet 304 stainless, the O2 sensor bung sits in the factory location and the brackets are laser cut and TIG welded with stainless rod, so installation is 100% bolt-on with no compatibility issues with the factory exhaust or an aftermarket system.
