OVERVIEW
Evolution Racewerks Competition Series Catless Primary Downpipes for the S68 twin-turbo V8 in the 2025+ BMW M5 (G90). The S68 uses two primary and two secondary catalytic converters; this kit replaces just the primary sections, which carry the primary catalytic converters, and works with the factory or aftermarket secondary downpipes. Pair it with the matching catless secondary downpipes or order the complete set.
Built in-house in the USA from 100% 304 stainless steel with mandrel-bent 3" tubing and 100% TIG welds. The 3.5" turbine-housing V-band flange is CNC machined from billet 304 stainless, the O2 sensor bung sits in the factory location and the brackets are laser cut and TIG welded with stainless rod, so installation is 100% bolt-on with no compatibility issues with the factory exhaust or an aftermarket system.

- ECU tune (required): removing or replacing the factory catalytic converters will set catalyst efficiency fault codes without software: Burger Motorsports JB4 Tuner – BMW M5 (G90/G99, S68).

- No additional hardware is needed; all installation hardware is supplied by Evolution Racewerks.
