Evolution Racewerks Crossover Pipe – BMW M2 / M3 / M4 (G87 / G80 / G82, S58)

OVERVIEW

The Evolution Racewerks Crossover Exhaust Pipe replaces the factory crossover section on the twin-turbo S58 in the 2021+ BMW M3 (G80), M4 (G82) and 2023+ M2 (G87). On these cars both downpipes sit on the right side of the engine: the right downpipe feeds the mid pipe directly, while the left downpipe connects to a crossover pipe that runs under the transmission to reach the left side of the Y-style mid pipe.

To clear the transmission, BMW flattened that crossover tube into an oval, which creates turbulence and restricts flow. Evolution Racewerks found there is enough room to keep the tubing fully round, so their crossover runs mandrel-bent 3" round tube end to end. It also replaces the heavy cast factory components with fabricated 304 stainless, saving weight, and bolts up to either the factory or aftermarket mid pipes.
