Fuel-It! / Burger Motorsports Charge Pipe Injection (CPI) Kit – BMW M240i, 340i, 440i (F22/F23, F30, F32/F33/F36, Gen 1 B58)

OVERVIEW

Flash tunes and JB4 maps have removed the software fuel limits on the Gen 1 B58, which leaves the high pressure fuel pump as the bottleneck. With more boost or ethanol blends, rail pressure can sag and cause misfires and stumbling. This Fuel-It! charge pipe injection kit adds a 7th injector in the charge pipe, fed from the low pressure fuel system, to supply the extra fuel the engine needs.

The kit centers on a 950cc PWM injector, a Cam-Loc 5/16" fuel line adapter and a -4AN feed line, with an optional CNC machined coupler that fits the factory charge pipe. Pair it with the JB4 FSB controller for JB4-tuned cars or the stand alone controller for flash-only setups – both are plug and play – and run methanol, ethanol, E85, race gas or pump gas.
