Injen Charge Pipes – BMW M3 / M4 (F80 / F82, S55)

OVERVIEW

Injen intercooler charge pipes are the next logical step in the search for power on an S55-powered BMW. After investigating the OE piping, Injen's engineers identified numerous areas where improvement was necessary and built a replacement system from mandrel-bent aluminum that eliminates the rust buildup present in most stock pipes.

The kit includes Injen's automotive-grade silicone couplers and stainless steel band clamps with an inner protective liner. Compared to conventional silicone, Injen's automotive-grade couplers offer greater resistance to heat, pressure, fuel and oil, which extends coupler life by preventing leaks and blowouts. Beaded tube ends further help keep the couplers seated under boost.

The system is designed to work with the factory intercooler as well as an Injen performance intercooler, uses all factory mounting locations, and ships with the hardware needed for installation. Like the rest of the Injen performance range, it carries the Injen Limited Lifetime Warranty.
