OVERVIEW

The SP series is Injen Technology's flagship line of traditional aluminum intake systems. Injen was the world's first tuned air intake manufacturer and holds four patents covering the intake tuning process. The SP series carries several of those patented technologies, including MegaRam (MR) Technology (patents 7,359,795 and 7,669,571) and Air Fusion (patent 7,721,669).

At the center of this kit is a 6061-T6 aluminum intake tube that gives air a smooth, uninterrupted path into the engine. Injen designed the system to deliver safe power gains while holding a safe air/fuel ratio across the power band, so no additional tuning is required. A fully serviceable SuperNano-Web dry air filter provides increased filter surface area for greater airflow and strong filtration, and the system produces an aggressive, throaty tone under full throttle.
