Injen Evolution Air Intake EVO1105 – BMW 340i / 440i / M240i (B58)

OVERVIEW

The EVO1105 Evolution cold air intake takes the B58-powered BMW to the next level. Injen designed the kit with current engineering tools and techniques, from a one-piece sealed roto-molded housing that uses the patent-pending Twist-Lock system to secure a large SuperNano-Web dry air filter, through to premium hardware throughout.

The roto-molded intake tube is custom designed and dyno-tuned to produce power while retaining an OE-quality fit, and the housing carries Injen's Clear-View badge so filter condition can be checked at a glance. Stainless steel band clamps with an inner protective liner and a reinforced automotive-grade silicone coupler complete a secure fit, and the reduced part count makes this one of the quicker intake installations available.

Injen's dyno testing shows the EVO1105 producing up to 13 additional horsepower and 18 lb-ft of torque, and the kit is designed to run on the stock calibration. It carries the Injen Technology Limited Lifetime Warranty.

• Note: This product is not currently CARB exempt and is not available for purchase in California or for use on any vehicle registered with the California Department of Motor Vehicles. Injen also restricts shipment of this part to CA, CO, CT, DE, ME, MD, MA, MN, NY, NJ, OR, PA, RI, VT and WA.
• The product title lists 2016–2019. Injen's official application list runs later on several models — through 2020 on the 440i and through 2021 on the M240i. Confirm fitment with Speed Logic for a late-model car.
