Injen Evolution Intake – BMW M3 / M4 (F80 / F82)

OVERVIEW

The EVO1102 is Injen's Evolution sealed cold air intake system for the S55-powered BMW M3 and M4. It was designed with current engineering tools and techniques and uses a pair of one-piece sealed roto-molded housings, each with the patent-pending Injen Twist-Lock system holding a SuperNano-Web dry air filter securely in place. A sight window in each housing makes filter inspection easy and gives the engine bay a distinctive look.

The two roto-molded intake tubes are custom designed and dyno-tuned for power while retaining a clean, quality fit. Stainless steel band clamps with an inner protective liner and reinforced automotive-grade silicone couplers provide a secure installation, and the Twist-Lock system reduces the hardware count so the kit goes on quickly. The system was created and designed entirely in 3D and fits to a standard equal to or above the OE system.

After design work and dyno testing, Injen rates this Evolution intake at 22 additional horsepower and 27 lb-ft of torque, running on the stock calibration. It carries the Injen Technology Limited Lifetime Warranty.
