KW H.A.S. Height Adjustable Spring Kit – BMW M3 / M4 (G80 / G82)

OVERVIEW

The KW H.A.S. (Height Adjustable Spring) kit is an alternative to conventional lowering springs. Ride height is set with the KW height adjuster rather than being fixed by the spring, so the car can be dialed in after the kit is fitted.

The kit suits cars running either standard dampers or the factory EDC (Electronic Damping Control) dampers, because the factory EDC system is retained. That means the dynamic performance and steering behavior are optimized while the OE electronic damping continues to function. The kit consists of vehicle-specific adjustable spring seats together with matched KW lowering springs, making it a complete, individually adjustable lowering solution.

Additional Parts Required

• Four-wheel alignment — mandatory after installation and after any change in ride height.
• Professional installation — KW specifies fitment by a qualified suspension shop; spring compressors are required.
• Driver-assistance cameras and radar require recalibration after the car is lowered.
• Confirm tire-to-strut and tire-to-fender clearance with your wheel and tire package before setting final ride height.
• Factory dampers must be in serviceable condition; worn OE dampers should be replaced before fitting height adjustable springs.
