aFe MACH Force-Xp 3" to 2.5" Stainless Cat-Back Exhaust – BMW M3 / M4 (G8x)

OVERVIEW

The aFe POWER MACH Force-Xp cat-back is a full 3 IN to 2-1/2 IN mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel exhaust system for the S58-powered BMW M3 and M4. An integrated mitered merge X-pipe balances and evenly distributes exhaust pulses through the system, minimizing drone while maximizing scavenging, and a high-flow stainless steel muffler unleashes the available horsepower and torque with an aggressive tone.

The system incorporates factory-style exhaust valves that reuse the vehicle's factory exhaust valve motors, so valve control behaves as it does with the OE system. State-of-the-art computer-aided design gives precise vehicle fitment, the whole system is 100% TIG-welded for race-proven strength, and factory-style hangers mount it to the factory locations. Some cutting may be required — see the instruction sheet before starting.

Finishing the system are quad 4 IN diameter clamp-on 304 stainless tips carrying the aFe POWER logo, available in polished, black or carbon fiber.

Additional Parts Required

• Factory exhaust valve motors — required and not included. This system uses factory-style valves driven by the vehicle's existing OE exhaust valve motors, which must be transferred from the factory exhaust.
• Customer-supplied tools and consumables: standard metric hand tools, a saw or cut-off tool (some cutting may be required), and a vehicle lift or jack stands.

Notes

• Fitment follows aFe's official installation manual, which lists G80 M3 and G82 M4 (including Competition, RWD and xDrive). Earlier store copy also listed the G83 M4 Competition convertible — confirm G83 fitment with Speed Logic before ordering.
