Moton 2-Way Clubsport Coilovers – BMW Z4 / Z4 M (E85 / E86)

OVERVIEW

The Moton 2-Way Clubsport is a motorsport-grade monotube coilover system for the E85 / E86 BMW Z4 and Z4 M, with independently adjustable compression and rebound damping plus ride-height adjustment. Built by Moton (AST Suspension) in the Netherlands to the same standards used in professional GT and touring-car racing, it is the step up from Moton's single-adjustable 1-Way Series for cars that split time between the street and real track days.

Moton lists this kit for both the Z4 and Z4 M on the E85 / E86 chassis. It includes front drop links.

• External remote reservoirs for consistent damping and fluid temperature control
• Independent ride-height adjustment, front and rear
• Elevated top guide with helper piston to reduce side-load friction and internal wear
• Camber-adjustable front top mounts and solid rear top mounts (where applicable)
• Application-specific valving and spring rates; fully rebuildable and revalveable

Installation

• Moton does not publish a public installation PDF; kits ship with application-specific setup notes from Moton. Installation should be performed by a shop experienced with motorsport coilovers, followed by a four-wheel alignment.
