OVERVIEW
The Moton 3-Way Motorsport is the top of Moton's coilover range for the E90 / E92 / E93 BMW M3: a race-spec monotube damper with independently adjustable high-speed compression, low-speed compression and rebound, plus ride-height adjustment. Built by Moton (AST Suspension) in the Netherlands and engineered for endurance racing and serious time-attack use, it is the choice for a car that lives on track and needs the damper tuned to the tire, the circuit and the driver.
This kit is for the E9x M3 with the standard steel front suspension. Non-M E9x models (328i / 335i) are not covered by this kit.

- Monotube damper, 3-way adjustable: high-speed compression, low-speed compression and rebound on independent circuits
- External remote reservoirs with adjustable gas pressure
- Elevated top guide with helper piston to reduce side-load friction and internal wear
- Independent ride-height adjustment, front and rear
- Camber-adjustable front top mounts and solid rear top mounts (where applicable)
- Application-specific valving and spring rates; fully rebuildable and revalveable
- Manufactured by AST / Moton in the Netherlands

- None. No additional hardware or accessories are required beyond what is included with this kit.
Installation
- Moton does not publish a public installation PDF; kits ship with application-specific setup notes from Moton. Installation and baseline damper setup should be performed by a shop experienced with motorsport coilovers, followed by a four-wheel alignment.
