Öhlins Dedicated Track Coilover System – BMW M3 (E90 / E92)

OVERVIEW

Öhlins' Dedicated Track system is a complete, ready-to-install track suspension package for the E90 / E92 M3. It starts from Öhlins' DFV (Dual Flow Valve) monotube dampers and adds track-rate Swift springs, camber-adjustable spherical front top mounts and chassis-specific clicker and ride-height settings, all shake-rig developed and track validated by Öhlins.

Where the Road & Track kit balances commuting comfort with weekend pace, the Dedicated Track system is aimed at cars that spend their time on circuit: much stiffer spring rates, solid front top mounts and damping tuned for sticky tires, while keeping DFV's composure over curbs and broken pavement. Custom spring rates are available.

• 20-click damping adjustment (compression and rebound adjusted together)
• Adjustable ride height: approx. 15 mm front / 10 mm rear range
• Front spring rate: 120 N/mm (approx. 672 lb/in) — Swift spring
• Rear spring rate: 180 N/mm (approx. 1,008 lb/in) — Swift spring
• Front: camber-adjustable spherical top mounts; rear: polyurethane top mounts
• Shake-rig developed and track validated; chassis-specific clicker and ride-height settings
• Rebuildable and serviceable

Additional Parts Required

• Öhlins EDC Cancellation Kit 35020-04 (sold separately) — required on M3s with factory Electronic Damper Control (EDC).
• A four-wheel alignment and corner weighting after installation are required; the adjustable front top mounts change camber.
