Precision Raceworks G-Series B58 & Toyota GR Supra Upgraded Hybrid Fuel Pump

OVERVIEW

On G-chassis B58 cars and the Toyota GR Supra the factory brushless in-tank pump flows about 234 LPH at 5 bar. That is enough for a mild tune, but E85, upgraded turbos and port injection push the low pressure side past what it can supply.

The Precision Raceworks G-Series B58 & Toyota GR Supra Upgraded Hybrid Fuel Pump comes in three stages. Stage 1 swaps in a high-flow OEM-style pump and bucket for 300 LPH. Stage 2 and 2.5 keep the OEM brushless pump in the bucket and add a Walbro pump outside it on a billet bracket, reaching 408 and 474 LPH. Stage 2.5 also adds an upgraded tank-to-engine line, high-flow quick connects and an inline filter. No aftermarket EKP is needed on any stage.

• Stage 1: 300 LPH at 5 bar (28% over stock); rated 800 whp on pump gas / 750 whp on 100% E85
• Stage 2: 408 LPH at 5 bar (74% over stock), OEM brushless + Walbro 450; rated 850 whp / 800 whp E85
• Stage 2.5: 474 LPH at 5 bar (103% over stock), OEM brushless + Walbro 525; rated 950 whp / 900 whp E85
• Running Stage 1 with Stage 2 gives 450 LPH; Stage 1 with Stage 2.5 gives 486 LPH (at 72 psi)
• Flow tested at 13.5 V
• No aftermarket EKP required

PARTS INCLUDED

• Stage 1: high-flow plug-and-play OEM-style fuel pump and high-capacity OEM-style bucket (replaces the stock pump and bucket)
• Stage 2: Walbro 450 (F90000274) external pump, billet fuel pump mounting bracket, pump activation harness
• Stage 2.5: Walbro 525 external pump, billet fuel pump mounting bracket, high-flow fuel quick connects for the top hat, upgraded tank-to-engine fuel line, 10 micron USA-made inline fuel filter, pump activation harness
• The stocked Stage 2.5 kit (622-0284) is the G2X fitment with pre-made plug-and-play lines

Required Extras

• No additional parts are required; the kit is complete as supplied (no aftermarket EKP controller needed).
• Optional for builds adding port injection or a 1:1 regulator: Precision Raceworks G-Series / Supra Billet Fuel Pump Top Hat (601-0316) — sold separately (not stocked by Speed Logic). The alternative to a hybrid pump is the Precision Raceworks Stand-Alone AFS: M340i / M440i (G20 / G2X), GR Supra / Z4 M40i (A9X / G29), M240i (G42) or X3 M40i / X4 M40i (G01 / G02).
• Matching G-Series / Supra plug-and-play billet top hat harness for the top hat above, sold separately (not stocked by Speed Logic).

• Precision Raceworks warns against hybrid setups without an inline filter after every electric pump; Stage 2.5 includes one, and Stage 2 builds should add one to protect the HPFP and injectors.
