OVERVIEW

Speed Logic supplies the OEM BMW B58Tu high pressure fuel pump as a drop-in HPFP upgrade for B58 Gen1 owners. This is the factory pump fitted to the Supra and BMW Gen2 B58 engines, and it flows considerably more than the standard Gen1 B58 HPFP, so it is the straightforward way to add fueling headroom for higher power targets or for running E85 and flex fuel blends. It installs in under 30 minutes, needs no plug-and-play adapter harness, and every pump we sell is a genuine Bosch unit rather than an off-brand copy.

• Stock B58 Gen1 HPFP (non-Tu): approximately 400 whp capable on pump or race gas, 450 whp on E85 or E85 mixes

Additional Parts Required

• A flash tune with the corresponding B58Tu HPFP flash-time option selected - flash the ECU before starting the vehicle. MHD Super License for F+G Series BMW B58 Engine, MHD Super License for Toyota Supra B58 Engine, bootmod3 B58 Tune or bootmod3 A90/A91 Supra Tune. No custom tuning is required - the off-the-shelf maps support this pump.
• If your DME is still locked, an ECU Unlock Service for BMW B58 Engines is needed before the ECU can be flashed.
• No adapter harness is needed. The pump's electrical connector is rotated during fitting so it meets the factory plug.

Installation

• No installation document is published for this pump. It is a direct replacement for the factory HPFP and the only extra step is rotating the electrical connector so no adapter harness is required - our team is available to walk you through that before you start.
