SPL Rear Traction Links – Toyota GR Supra A90 / BMW Z4 G29

OVERVIEW

SPL Parts TITANIUM Series Rear Traction Links (RTR) increase stability and response by eliminating bushing deflection under hard acceleration and braking, and help reduce wheel hop on hard launches. Because the links are length adjustable, rear bumpsteer and anti-squat characteristics can be fine tuned. These arms are designed for use in high performance street and race vehicles.

The links use gun drilled 2024 aluminum center links, clamps and clevises, blue anodized titanium socket head cap screws and SPL's 360 degree rotating clamp system. The combination delivers strength, durability and ease of adjustment: a single 3/16" allen key is all that is needed to lock down your alignment settings, with no jam nuts to fight while keeping the bearings oriented correctly.

FK rod ends manufactured in Connecticut use a Teflon liner for quiet operation, low friction and smooth articulation that eliminates bushing deflection under load. The PTFE liner is chemically bonded to the inner diameter of the race, giving very high load carrying capacity and greatly improved dynamic wear characteristics.

TECH RESOURCES

Additional Parts Required

• Four-wheel alignment after installation — mandatory. Rear toe and thrust angle change when the traction links are fitted.
• Professional installation is recommended; these are safety-critical rear suspension links.
• Corner weighting is recommended for track use.
• A 3/16" allen key is required to lock the rotating clamps; the installer supplies this.
• To set rear toe independently of the traction links, pair these with adjustable rear toe links: SPL Rear Toe Links Toyota Supra A90 / BMW G2X / BMW G42.
