TiAL Sport MV-R 44mm External Wastegate – All Springs & Colors

OVERVIEW

The MV-R is TiAL Sport's 44 mm external wastegate, more compact than any other current 44 or 46 mm gate and flowing 50 lb/min. It is the step up from the 38 mm MV-S for higher-power single-turbo builds where a smaller gate cannot hold the target boost, and it is a direct bolt-on replacement for TiAL's legacy V44.

Like the MV-S it ships as a complete assembly — valve seat, air and coolant fittings, port plugs, inlet and outlet flanges and clamps, and springs are all in the box.

• 3 lower and 2 upper air ports; plugs supplied for unused ports
• Direct bolt-on for the legacy TiAL V44
• Clamp style: new band clamp set or V-clamp set
• Colors: Silver, Blue, Black, Purple, Red; position-sensor version in Black only

Additional Parts Required

• Exhaust fabrication. The supplied flanges must be welded into the manifold or hot side. Spare flanges and clamps: TiAL Sport MV-S / MV-R Wastegate Flanges & V-Band Clamps.

• A boost control source — manual controller, electronic solenoid or ECU-driven.

• Universal part: fits any turbocharged application with a hot side built for a 44 mm V-band wastegate.
