OVERVIEW
The QR is the recirculating version of TiAL Sport's Q blow-off valve — the same 51 mm valve and billet body, but the released charge air is routed back into the intake tract through a discharge tube instead of venting to atmosphere. TiAL designs it for MAF-equipped engines and any setup that needs to recirculate the discharge, where venting metered air would upset the fueling.
It bolts to any standard TiAL BOV flange without welding. This listing covers the 34 mm discharge version, offered in five anodized colors and six spring rates. Choose the spring by idle vacuum, not boost pressure.

- Body and internals: CNC-machined aluminum alloy; hard-anodized valve stem and guide
- Valve seal: high-temperature O-ring clamped in place so it cannot stick to the seat and pull out
- Diaphragm: high-temperature silicone-reinforced
- Air fitting: machined aluminum banjo fitting with oversized 10 mm hose barb
- Weld flange: aluminum, mild steel or stainless steel, cut for 2.5 in pipe
- Colors: Silver, Blue, Black, Purple, Red

Additional Parts Required
- Welding. The supplied weld flange must be welded into the charge pipe unless your pipe already carries a TiAL Q/QR flange. Spare flanges, clamps and O-rings: TiAL Sport Q / QR BOV Flanges, Clamps, O-Rings & Housings.
- A recirculation route. The 34 mm discharge must be plumbed back into the intake tract ahead of the turbo, after the MAF.
- Vacuum signal line. Run from a source downstream of the throttle body; see the routing guide.
