Wagner Tuning EVO1 Intake Manifold w/ Integrated Intercooler – BMW B58 Gen 1 (F/G Chassis)

OVERVIEW

Wagner Tuning's EVO1 manifold for the B58 Gen 1 engine replaces the factory intake manifold and its integrated charge cooler with a considerably larger unit. Wagner records intake temperatures up to 20 °C lower and around 35 percent less back pressure than the OEM assembly, which is where the power comes from on a tuned M240i, 340i or 440i.

Fitment is Gen 1 specific. The Gen 2 G-chassis and GR Supra engines take part number 200001175 instead. The oil filter can still be serviced with the manifold installed.

• Replaces the factory intake manifold and integrated charge cooler (OEM 11618603913) as one assembly
• Core volume: up to 128% more than the OEM intercooler
• Intake air temperature: up to 20 °C lower than stock
• Back pressure: approximately 35% lower than stock
• 3 x 1/8 NPT ports for additional sensors; 6 x prepared ports for NOS / water-methanol nozzles
• Prepared for a Wagner port-injection fuel rail
• Fits B58 Gen 1 (B58.1) engines only

Additional Parts Required

• Coolant. The low-temperature circuit is opened during installation and must be refilled and bled.
