Wagner Tuning Hybrid Carbon Intake Manifold w/ Intercooler – BMW M3 / M4 (S58 G8x)

OVERVIEW

The WAGNERTUNING Hybrid-Carbon intake manifold with integrated intercooler is a high-performance upgrade for BMW M models running the S58 engine. It combines carbon with other materials for strength at reduced weight, and integrates a water-cooled intercooler directly into the manifold so charge air is cooled as close to the intake ports as possible.

The competition core inside the manifold was developed for the S58's demands and carries 50% more external core volume than the stock intercooler. CFD simulations were used to shape the CNC-milled end tanks, improving airflow and cutting back pressure, and the result is intake air temperatures up to 20 °C cooler with less heat soak during aggressive driving. Better cooling and airflow translate into more power and torque, and the assembly is robust enough for motorsport use.

The manifold carries a heat-conductive anti-corrosion coating for long service life, is built to handle high pressure, and installs plug and play without modification. It also includes preprocessed ports for additional fuel injection and 1/8 NPT ports for extra measurement.
