xHP Transmission Tune for BMWs & MINI (ZF Automatics)

What Is xHP?

xHP is a transmission control unit (TCU) tuning platform for ZF automatic and dual-clutch transmissions used in BMW, MINI, and the Toyota GR Supra. Unlike an ECU flash tune, xHP reprograms the gearbox itself — sharper, faster shifts, launch control, and adjustable shift firmness — and is delivered as a VIN-locked license with off-the-shelf performance maps included. The flash is fully reversible back to factory settings at any time.

Speed Logic installs your xHP license and map in-house — every install is by appointment, on the car, with payment collected at the shop.

BMW and MINI models equipped with the ZF 6HP 6-speed automatic transmission.

BMW models equipped with the ZF 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.

ZF 8-Speed Automatic (8HP) — F-Series

BMW and MINI F-chassis models equipped with the ZF 8HP 8-speed automatic transmission.

ZF 8-Speed Automatic (8HP) — G-Series & Toyota GR Supra

BMW G-chassis models, MINI models on the G-series-derived platform, and the Toyota GR Supra (A90/A91) equipped with the ZF 8HP 8-speed automatic transmission. Note: M-vehicles built on G-series platforms require the G-series license even where the chassis code is still designated F-series (e.g. F90 M5, F97/F98 X3 M/X4 M).
