Active Autowerke Downpipes – BMW M3 / M4 (F80 / F82, S55)

OVERVIEW

For over 30 years Active Autowerke has been the name to turn to for high quality BMW performance products, and these F8X downpipes are a testament to that approach — engineered to virtually eliminate the immensely restrictive characteristics of the factory F80 M3 and F82 M4 downpipes, reducing radiant heat and increasing performance. Early prototypes ran without flex joints and created an annoying vibration inside the cabin, so the finished design adds them. Made from 1.3 to 1.5 mm thick 304 stainless steel and developed for precise fitment on both the F80 M3 and F82 M4, the difference in performance is noticeable the moment you leave your driveway.
