CSF Five-Piece Ultimate-Spec Cooling Package – Toyota GR Supra (A90/A91)

OVERVIEW

CSF's Ultimate-Spec package is the complete cooling answer for the A90/A91 Supra: a front-mount high-performance heat exchanger, two auxiliary radiators, the dual-core transmission oil cooler, and the billet Super Manifold charge-air cooler — five pieces that address charge air, coolant and transmission temperatures together instead of one at a time.

Every piece is a drop-in fit developed by CSF with its global network of R&D partners, including leading time attack teams, tuners and turbo kit manufacturers. The manifold is machined by Custom Plenum Creations in Australia and ships with a 28-piece hardware and installation kit.

• Auxiliary radiator (CSF #8179, qty 2): 2-row, 42mm ultra-high-performance core
• Auxiliary radiator: 6.5mm tall multi-louvered fin with CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology
• Auxiliary radiator: CNC machined mounting brackets and OEM-style quick-connect inlet/outlet
• Auxiliary radiator: 100% all-aluminum TIG-welded construction, thermal black protective coating
• Auxiliary radiator: includes a detachable aluminum rock guard (industry exclusive); fits both left and right side of the vehicle
• Transmission oil cooler (CSF #8183): dual-core design with 240% more core volume and 130% more fluid capacity than OEM (550ml vs. approximately 240ml)
• Transmission oil cooler: two 16mm stacked cores = 32mm core width (44mm overall) vs. OEM 15mm; rear cooler 15 rows vs. OEM 12, front cooler adds 12 more
• Transmission oil cooler: 5.4mm multi-louvered fin vs. OEM 7mm; 129mm overall height vs. OEM 125mm; OEM-style quick-connect fittings
• Heat exchanger (CSF #8154): 2-row, 42mm ultra-high-performance core with 6.5mm multi-louvered fin and B-Tube technology
• Heat exchanger: significantly reduces intake air temperature with faster heat-soak recovery, and improves airflow to the rest of the cooling system for lower engine water and oil temperatures
• Heat exchanger: 100% all-aluminum TIG-welded construction, CNC machined brackets, OEM-style quick-connect inlet/outlet, includes rock guard and transmission oil cooler mounting kit
• Charge-air cooler manifold (CSF #8200): motorsports-grade bar/plate air-to-water core with 12 rows of water cooling vs. OEM 6 — double the OEM capacity
• Charge-air cooler manifold: significantly lower pressure drop across the core than OEM; CFD-designed in SolidWorks with an integrated air divider in the inlet tank
• Charge-air cooler manifold: integrated sensor pad with three 1/8" NPT ports; individual 1/8" NPT nitrous/methanol ports on each cylinder runner; 1/8" NPT breather ports on both water connections
• Charge-air cooler manifold: includes an optional fuel rail for top-feed port injection with pre-plugged bungs on each runner
• Charge-air cooler manifold: easy access to the spin-off oil filter, so it does not need to be removed for oil changes
• Charge-air cooler manifold: raw billet aluminum finish, machined by Custom Plenum Creations in Australia; works with OEM or aftermarket engine covers using OEM connections

TECH RESOURCES

Additional Parts Required

• None. CSF Radiators specifies no additional hardware — every piece in this package is a direct fit that reuses the factory connections.
• Optional: port injection hardware if you plan to use the manifold's included top-feed fuel rail, and methanol or nitrous plumbing for the runner ports.

Installation

• CSF does not publish downloadable installation PDFs for these parts. Printed installation instructions, including the manifold's picture diagrams and bill of materials, ship in the box.

Notes

• The CSF charge-air cooler manifold in this package is intended for off-highway and motorsports use. CARB and TÜV approvals are pending.
• CSF does not assign a single catalog part number to this package, so no part number is listed — the component numbers are shown under PARTS INCLUDED. Several of these components also fit BMW G-Series B58 cars; see the individual product listings for their own fitment. Confirm fitment with Speed Logic before ordering.
