OVERVIEW
CSF's "Super Manifold" replaces the factory charge-air cooler manifold on the B58-powered A90/A91 Toyota GR Supra with a machined billet aluminum unit built around a motorsports-grade bar/plate air-to-water intercooler core carrying 12 rows of water cooling — double the OEM's six — with significantly lower pressure drop across the core.
It was designed in SolidWorks using computational fluid dynamics, with an integrated air divider in the counter-balanced inlet tank to distribute airflow evenly across all six runners. Independent dyno testing showed roughly a 30°F reduction in intake air temperatures versus OEM and about 26 whp on a Stage 2 car. The manifold is plug-and-play, ships with a 28-piece hardware and installation kit with picture diagrams, and leaves the spin-off oil filter accessible so it never has to come off for an oil change.
SPECS
- High-performance motorsports-grade bar/plate air-to-water intercooler core
- Double the capacity of the OEM core — 12 rows of water cooling versus OEM 6
- Significantly lower pressure drop across the core compared to OEM
- Approximately 30°F reduction in intake air temperatures versus OEM in independent dyno testing, worth roughly 26 whp on a 400 whp Stage 2 car
- Designed in SolidWorks using computational fluid dynamics (CFD)
- Integrated air divider in the inlet tank evenly distributes airflow throughout the core
- Counter-balanced inlet design for optimized airflow
- Easy access to the spin-off oil filter — no need to uninstall the manifold for oil changes
- Integrated sensor pad with three 1/8" NPT ports to measure additional parameters
- Included optional fuel rail for top-feed port injection with individual, pre-plugged port injection bungs on each cylinder runner
- Individual 1/8" NPT ports on the top of each cylinder runner for nitrous or methanol injection, for even spray distribution
- Individual 1/8" NPT breather ports for both inlet and outlet water connections on the back of the manifold for easy air bleeding
- Plug-and-play design on non-mild-hybrid cars
- Can be used with OEM or aftermarket engine covers using OEM connections
- Finishes on this listing: raw billet aluminum (CSF #8200) or thermal dispersion black (CSF #8200B)
- Machined by Custom Plenum Creations in Australia; TIG welded
- Pressure tested at 60–70 PSI during quality control; not designed to operate above 60 PSI
- Replaces Toyota OEM part number 17101-WAA01
- 2-year limited warranty to the original purchaser under normal use
PARTS INCLUDED

TECH RESOURCES
Additional Parts Required
- None. CSF specifies no extra hardware for the GR Supra — the manifold ships with its own hardware and installation kit.
- The factory engine cover cannot be used if the included port injection fuel rail is installed.
- Optional: CSF Thermal Rejection Manifold Spacer (#8200S), useful for drag and roll-racing events.
- Optional: port injection fuel system components, and nitrous or methanol plumbing for the runner ports.
Installation
- CSF does not publish a downloadable installation PDF for this part. The printed installation manual with exploded diagrams and bill of materials ships in the box.
Notes
- Intended for off-highway and motorsports use only. CARB and TÜV approvals are pending. CSF pressure tests each manifold at 60–70 PSI during quality control; it is not designed to operate above 60 PSI, and doing so voids the CSF limited 2-year warranty.
- Gen 2 B58 engines only. Model years equipped with the B58 vary by region — confirm fitment with Speed Logic before ordering.
