CSF Charge-Air Cooler Manifold – BMW M340i (G20) / Toyota GR Supra (B58)

OVERVIEW

CSF's "Super Manifold" replaces the factory B58 charge-air cooler manifold with a machined billet aluminum unit built around a motorsports-grade bar/plate air-to-water intercooler core carrying 12 rows of water cooling — double the OEM's six — with significantly lower pressure drop across the core.

It was designed in SolidWorks using computational fluid dynamics, with an integrated air divider in the counter-balanced inlet tank to distribute airflow evenly across all six runners. Independent dyno testing showed roughly a 30°F reduction in intake air temperatures versus OEM and about 26 whp on a Stage 2 car. The manifold is plug-and-play, ships with a 28-piece hardware and installation kit with picture diagrams, and leaves the spin-off oil filter accessible so it never has to come off for an oil change.

TECH RESOURCES

Additional Parts Required

• None. CSF specifies a plug-and-play install requiring no modifications; the manifold ships with its own hardware and installation kit.
• 48V mild hybrid cars require an alternator modification.
• The factory engine cover cannot be used if the included port injection fuel rail is installed.
• Optional: port injection fuel system components, and nitrous or methanol plumbing for the runner ports.

• CSF does not publish a downloadable installation PDF for this part. The printed installation manual with exploded diagrams and bill of materials ships in the box.

Notes

• Intended for off-highway and motorsports use only. CARB and TÜV approvals are pending. CSF pressure tests each manifold at 60–70 PSI during quality control; it is not designed to operate above 60 PSI, and doing so voids the CSF limited 2-year warranty.
• Fitment above follows CSF's official application list for part 8200. Model years equipped with the B58 vary by region, and other B58 G-Series variants may also be covered — confirm with Speed Logic before ordering.
